Our Smoked Salt is naturally evaporated Australian sea salt.

It is smoked from French Oak barrels that have been used for Sherry, Bourbon, and Port. This infuses a beautiful flavour into the salt.

It is perfect for sprinkling on roast meat, Oysters, fish, vegetables, and any egg dish.
